The person who answers is the person who shows up.
Hartworx HVAC is residential heating and air conditioning across Suffolk County, owner-operated by Travis Hart.
Travis Hart has worked in heating and air conditioning since 2017. Hartworx HVAC is his own company, which he founded in 2026. The company is new — and that is allowed to be obvious. The honest version of a new, owner-run business outsells the fake version of an established one.
There is no call centre. There is no dispatcher reading a script. There is no commission-paid salesman sent out after the technician. When you call (631) 873-5844, the person who picks up is the person who comes to your house.
What we work on
Most heating and cooling companies in this area only do forced air and heat pumps. Hartworx HVAC does those — and it also does the work the big outfits hand off to a fuel dealer:
- Oil burner service. A large share of the housing stock here still runs on oil, and most HVAC companies refuse oil work. We service oil burners. (We service oil — we don't convert it.)
- Boilers and hot water heat. Baseboard and steam heat are everywhere in this housing stock and are badly served by companies that only understand forced air.
