1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website and your engagement of Hartworx HVAC ("we", "us", "our") for residential heating and air conditioning services. By contacting us or requesting service, you agree to these terms.
2. Who we are
Hartworx HVAC is a residential heating and air conditioning company based in Ronkonkoma, NY, serving Suffolk County, Long Island. We serve homeowners only — we do not perform commercial work. Owner-operated by Travis Hart, in the trade since 2017, the company founded in 2026.
3. Services
We provide heating and air conditioning repair, service, maintenance and installation for residential systems. We service oil burners; we do not perform oil-to-gas conversions or heat exchanger swaps. Any service we do not perform will be stated honestly at the time of your call.
4. No availability guarantees
We do not guarantee any specific arrival time, response time, or same-day service. We are open seven days a week, 7 AM to 10 PM (9 AM on Thursdays), and we will tell you honestly when we can be there. Nothing on this site is a promise of round-the-clock availability.
5. Estimates and pricing
Service requests submitted through this site are inquiries, not confirmed appointments or bookings. No price, estimate, or quote is implied by submitting a request. Pricing is discussed directly between you and Travis Hart based on the work required.
6. SMS consent
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Hartworx HVAC about your service request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
7. Limitation of liability
This website is provided for informational purposes. We make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of content beyond the services we perform. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the work performed.
